Job Title: Kindred Campus Pastor

Position Overview

The Kindred Campus Pastor is responsible for representing and executing the mission and vision of Bethel Church and serves as the Kindred Campus’s primary communicator and administrator, ensuring the day to day operations run smoothly.

Since this is a Christian ministry, any person holding this position shall fulfill the associated responsibilities in a personal and professional manner that provides a positive witness for our Lord Jesus Christ.

EACH WEEK IN OUR SUNDAY SERVICES WE CELEBRATE THE GOSPEL THROUGH PRAYER, WORSHIP IN SONG, THE READING OF GOD'S WORD, AND THE TEACHING OF GOD'S WORD.

CONNECT AS THE CHURCH

WE CONNECT AS THE CHURCH THROUGHOUT THE WEEK AS THE CHURCH THIS HAPPENS THROUGH SMALL GROUPS THAT GATHER TOGETHER FOR TIMES OF STUDYING GOD'S WORD, FELLOWSHIPPING WITH ONE ANOTHER, AND SERVING TOGETHER.

WE ALSO HAVE AWANA ON WEDNESDAY NIGHTS WHERE FAMILIES CAN GATHER AND CONNECT TOGETHER.

OUR STUDENT MINISTRY GATHERS TOGETHER TWICE A MONTH TO FELLOWSHIP, WORSHIP GOD AND PLAY GAMES.

WE BELIEVE THAT CONTRIBUTING FINANCIALLY AND THROUGH OUR GIFTING, LEADS OUR CHURCH MEMBERS TO A HEALTHIER AND MORE BIBLICAL WALK WITH CHRIST, AND WE ENCOURAGE OUR CHURCH MEMBERS TO ACTIVELY ENGAGE IN CONTRIBUTING IN THESE WAYS.

The Missions Local & Global Pastor|Director serves as leader of SENDING of the congregation with the Gospel into our LOCAL area and serve as Leader of SENDING Salem into our world to REACH the nations with the Gospel. To accomplish this, the Missions Local & Global Pastor | Director will recruit, equip, encourage, and oversee lay leaders of standing teams or the creation of new teams for the purpose of global SENDING to REACH as many as possible.

The Care Pastor|Director is the primary point of contact for awareness of congregational needs. The Care Pastor|Director provides relational care and spiritual guidance to proactive or reactive circumstances to include [but not exclusive to] hospital visitations, skilled nursing facilities, and home visitations. The Care Pastor|Director works with the Church’s Care Team Volunteers to efficiently meet the needs of those in reactive situations. The Care Pastor|Director leads and supports the Prayer Team volunteers and maintains the current prayer list. Provides spiritual guidance to the congregation by participating in funerals, weddings, grief share and encourages the church’s’ attendees to struggle well.
